Things to know about shipping
At this point we would like to inform you a little about our shipping and explicitly show how it works with us.
After you have sent your order, we will be notified by our shop's internal software. This means that we can take care of shipping immediately.
Every product ordered, such as a beautiful water plant for your aquarium, receives standardized packaging from us in the form of a reinforced and secure plastic bag with the appropriate item identification, so that you also know which plant is in which bag. Thus, of course, each plant has its own separate packaging. The packaged bag then comes in a suitable box with plenty of filling material so that your plant is perfectly and optimally embedded in the bag, so that an absolutely safe and protected shipping is guaranteed.
The package itself will be adapted to the currently prevailing temperatures. Either with or without styrofoam walls to protect the plants from cold or heat. In the cold winter months, the package, which has been packed with great care, is given a heat pack from temperatures below 5 degrees, in order to really be on the safe side. If the usual shipping time of 2 to 3 working days, for whatever reasons, is extended to 5 working days or even longer, your plants will arrive safely at your place.
If something unexpected should happen that your delivery has been damaged by particularly adverse circumstances, we can assure you 100% that we will send you a new package without further ado.
Also good for you to know that we only send you pre-watered plants. You will only get stable and healthy plants without exception, which in a few months have been accustomed to the water as an absolute minimum of 14 days.
The plants marked as "Emers" in the shop have received "no watering" and are therefore ideally suited as planting in paludariums above the water surface in the bank area.
As already mentioned elsewhere, we assure you that we carry out a continuous quality check so that you receive 1A goods. Whether in summer or winter, in extremely warm or cold temperatures, we will take care of the appropriate packaging.
Shipping costs & handling
In order to keep the shipping time short, we only ship plants for you from Monday to Thursday. All other products also go out Friday and Saturday. Orders placed before 12 noon are usually dispatched the same day.

As a customer, you can be absolutely sure that we will pack all products that we offer in the shop appropriately and professionally and ship them safely. As aquarium enthusiasts, we ourselves send the goods the way we would like to receive them ourselves. Undamaged, safe and well packaged!

If you order goods worth € 169.00 (Germany € 59.00), we will cover the shipping costs for you in full.
You will receive an email from us with a parcel tracking number as a link. We show you the shipping costs incurred directly in the shopping cart and in the ordering process.

With us you can pay safely and quickly via PayPal. Simply select PayPal as the payment method when ordering. With PayPal you can also choose ec-card, VISA, Mastercard etc. as payment methods. The PayPal payments reach us within a few minutes. Your order will then be sent as soon as possible.
